錆漆を施した木のプレート。通常下地として使うパテ状の漆を、木の上に厚く塗り重ねています。まるで石のようでもあり、錆びた金属のようでもあり、一見すると木と分からないような不思議なテクスチャが魅力です。漆なので水分にも強く、汁物にも気兼ねなく使えます。
