まるで琺瑯のような粉引の白と端正なフォルムが美しいベルは、テーブルにあるだけで嬉しい一品。中のパーツには、ふだん鈴木がティーポットの取手に使うステンレスのかけらを使用しており、これが陶器と触れることで、金属製のベルには出せないなんとも優しく奥行きのある音が生まれます。まるで包み込まれるような音は、ひとつずつ手作業でつくられたからこそ出せるもの。クリスマスのみならず、そばに置いておきたい逸品です。

Hand Bell by a ceramist Kan Suzuki. The creamy white Kohiki like enamel and the neat form make the piece look perfect on the table. For the inside part he used a piece of stainless which usually becomes a handle of his tea pot. By hitting on ceramic it creates the gentle and deep sound which cannot be produced by a metal bell. The sound which make us feel like surrounded by is born from the hand made process.
