詩集「季節を脱いで ふたりは潜る」（菅原敏著）の中の詩や言葉をモチーフに制作されたアートピース。極小の線を一つ一つ付けていくことで「質感」をつくる、植田の象嵌作品です。
「古いホテル」より。
そのホテルが蓄積してきた時間やそこで過ごした時間を写し取ったような、凝縮させたような質感の一輪挿し。

This art piece was inspired by poems and words in the poetry book "Taking off our Seasons, the Two of Us Dive" (written by Bin Sugawara). Ueda's inlaying work creates "texture" by attaching minuscule lines one by one.
From "Old Hotel."
This single-flower vase has a condensed texture that seems to capture the time the hotel has accumulated and the time spent there.
